The TACOM Public Affairs Office works to cultivate a shared understanding of the Commanding General's priorities, facilitates engagement with stakeholders, and synchronizes communications across the Army's ground and support systems enterprise – fulfilling TACOM's obligations to inform its workforce, the Army and the American people.

Community Outreach

TACOM values the relationship between the Army and our civilian communities and takes careful measures to engage in continual dialogue and interaction with all stakeholders.

The TACOM PAO fulfills the commander’s requirement to inform the American people and all stakeholders about TACOM’s activities and initiatives.

    Anytime you see a news story about TACOM, chances are the TACOM PAO helped facilitate that project.

    The TACOM PAO helps the public understand TACOM’s mission and operations by facilitating engagements between national and international media outlets and Soldiers, escorting media throughout operational environments, creating news and information products that inform the public on TACOM activities at home and abroad, and much more.

    • Command Information

    Known as corporate communication outside the military, command information is all official communication of the command.

    This is communicating to stakeholders, to the Army and Department of Defense, and to our military and civilian workforce using all communication tools available ranging from social media and multimedia products, to news stories and command speeches.
